Campus Cards: How to Make Group Reservations and Avoid Peak Times

Making group reservations

The Campus Card office recommends reservations for groups of 5 or more people. Note: Appointments are available for groups only.

• To make a reservation, e-mail your group's desired day and time, and the total number in your group.
• The Campus Card office is part of Student Business Services. See hours and location.

Avoiding peak hours

For the convenience of other groups planning an appointment or for individuals who want to avoid peak traffic hours, Student Business Services has created a list of peak times reserved for campus groups.

The following 2009 dates and times have already been scheduled for larger groups. Avoid long waits by planning a visit around the times below:
