Intergroup Relations Opportunities for Faculty and Staff

Learn about the Intergroup Relations Program and ways you can participate in intergroup dialogue opportunities.

UCSD's Intergroup Relations Program collaborates with faculty and staff interested in intergroup relations and social justice education pedagogy, research, and program development.

How you can participate

The Intergroup Relations Program is always looking for opportunities to collaborate with UCSD faculty and staff. Some ways you can connect with us include:

  • Hosting an intergroup dialogue course through your academic department
  • Facilitating an intergroup dialogue class
  • Providing support and involvement in co-curricular dialogues, programs, and initiatives
  • Supporting facilitator training (teaching, curriculum development, etc.)

We're currently engaged in a 3-year, multi-university research project to assess the educational benefits of intergroup dialogue. To learn more, visit the Multi-University Intergroup Dialogue Research Project.
