RX – Research Support Professional (Represented by UPTE)

Range adjustment Step–based titles:0.5% increase 10/1/02.
Open–range titles: 1.5% increase to range minimums and maximums 10/1/02. 1.5% within range increase 10/1/02.
Merit Step–based titles: 1/2 step increase 10/1/02. Eligible if career for 6 months as of 10/1/02, with a salary rate below the range maximum, and Solid Performance or better.
Open–range titles: None
Employee incentive awards Eligible for cash bonuses. 0.5% mandatory assessment to IAP pool. (Missed payroll cutoff, therefore, funds rolled over to FY 2003-04)
