TX – Systemwide Technical (Represented by UPTE)

Range adjustment Step-based titles: 4.49% increase 10/1/00
Open–range titles: 4.49% increase to range minimums/ maximums. 2.49% across–the–board salary increase 10/1/00.
Merit Step–based titles: Increase of zero to 1 1/2 steps, based on performance and budgetary guidelines 10/1/00.
Open–range titles: 3.5% merit budget
Eligible if non–probationary, in a career position, with a salary below the maximum of the salary range.
No casual nor 6-month increases.
Employee incentive awards Eligible. 0.5% IAP pool.
