Salary Plan Status: CX (2000-2001)

CX – Clerical (Represented by CUE)

Range adjustment 2.8% increase, effective 10/1/1999; 2.0% increase, effective 7/1/2000; 2.0% increase and expansion of range to six steps, effective 10/1/2000. Step–based ranges.
Merit Merits effective 10/1/1999 and 10/1/2000. Moved to a single cycle, effective 10/1/1999. Eligible if non–probationary, in a career position, with a salary rate below the maximum of the salary range. Increases of zero to 1.5 steps, based on performance and budgetary guidelines. Six–month increases eliminated. Casual increases after 12 months on pay status and 1260 hours.
Employee incentive awards Eligible for cash bonuses. 1.3% mandatory assessment reduced to 0.5%, effective 10/1/1999.
