How to Request Copier Repairs  
 
Summary: Follow the steps below if your copier isn't working.

1 Try to resolve the problem yourself.
  1. Read How to Respond to Copier and Card Reader Error Codes.
2 If you can't resolve the problem, gather information about the copier before calling Imprints.
  1. Find the copier number. It is a four-digit number on a colored Imprints sticker located on the front of the copier.
  2. Identify the problem as best you can, including any error codes displayed on the screen.
  3. Have a contact name and phone number ready.
3 Contact Imprints Help Desk.
  1. Call (858) 534-2377 and speak with a customer service representative weekdays, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  2. After hours or on the weekend, please leave a voice mail message. Remember to include the copier number, a description of the problem, and a contact name and phone number. Contact will be made the next business morning.
  3. You may also request service online using our Maintenance Request Form.
