- Forceful exertions
- Repetitive motions
- Awkward postures
- Static postures
- Compression or contact stress
- Lighting
- Vibration
- Noise
- Cold temperatures
Good news: injuries from these risk factors can be prevented. Understanding risk factors and practicing basic ergonomic principles is the first defense against possible injury and lost productivity.
