As a response to many requests from campus departments, monthly Telecommunications/ NGN recharge statements will be available in electronic format beginning in July 2006.
Departments, you are encouraged to begin accessing your monthly statement electronically:
- Go to https://www-act.ucsd.edu/telecom/recharges.
- Generate a PDF report by entering your department’s Mail Code. The printable PDF report will include activity for all indexes associated with that Mail Code for the selected month (beginning July 2006).
Note: Effective July 2007, the Telecommunications/NGN recharge statements will only be available in PDF format. Hard copies will no longer be available. The opt-in feature to receive hard copies will also no longer be an option.
