Purpose: MSAP is designed to assess and improve on-the-job performance and to enhance competitiveness for management positions.

Eligibility: Entry-level managers, first-line supervisors, and professional support staff (PSS) at the ___Assistant III level and above are eligible to participate as assessees.

When and where: The program is offered twice annually at the UCLA Conference Center at Lake Arrowhead. The next program is April 15–18, 2008.

Cost: $925 covers tuition, room, and meals for 4 days and 3 nights. Staff Education and Development may be able to provide funding to assist with the program fee for those accepted as assessees.

To apply: Participation in MSAP is determined through a competitive application process. Submit a completed application form (PDF) by Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008.
