Addressing Services can cleanse and update your department's mail list. The process includes:

Software	Description of services
Mailers+4 software	Standardizes addresses with USPS address files Corrects all "bad" addresses via an error code Adds a ZIP+4 code to all "good" addresses

Request mailing list cleansing and updating by sending your department's list:

On a disk to Jorge Espinoza, Mail Code 0047

Send the list in one of the following file formats: Excel, Access, fixed-length text, or delimited text.

Recharge the cost to your department's index. Here are the rates:
