Imprints Copier Rates  
 
Summary: Find out about Imprints' pricing structure for all copiers placed in UCSD Departments.

Imprints copiers have low cost-per-copy rates. Rates vary depending on copier model and configuration.

Key features of this pricing structure:

  • A low base-copy rate for both analog and digital copiers applies up to the minimum monthly volume.
  • A lower "overage rate" applies once the minimum volume has been exceeded, further reducing the average cost per copy.

Here's how to increase efficiency and reduce costs on all copier types:

  • Analog copiers: The per-copy pricing on these machines is among the lowest available. You can choose from a limited range of dependable, cost-effective copier systems that produce 18 to 60 copies per minute.
  • Digital copiers: Digital copiers are the most current type. They can either stand alone or become part of a centralized, efficient network. Combining your copying and printing can greatly reduce the costs per copy.
