Overdraft Help: Valid Combinations of Selection Scope and Reporting Criteria

Summary: Find out how to choose a valid combination of selection scope and reporting presentation when creating overdraft profiles.

What is overdraft reporting all about? Go to the Overdraft Reporting Overview for more information.

When creating overdraft profiles, you must first specify the selection scope. Your choices for selections scope include:
  • Index
  • Fund
  • Organization (org)
  • Program (prog)
  • PI (Principal investigator)
  • FinMgr (Financial manager)
After determining your selection scope you select the reporting presentation to determine how the financial data is displayed on your report. Not all combinations of selection scope and reporting presentation are valid. The following table shows all possible combinations, indicating which are valid.
