Voice Mail: Resetting Your Password
Summary:
Follow these directions to reset your voice mail password.
What to do
How to do it

Notify Customer Service by fax or e-mail.
Send a fax,
on your departmental letterhead, to Customer Service at (858) 534-5200,
or e-mail
the ACT Help Desk.
Include the following information in the fax or e-mail:
Your name and telephone number
The telephone number of the voice mailbox to be reset
An authorized signature
Customer Service will contact you to confirm that your password has been reset to the default: UCSD (8273).

Choose another password, if you wish to.
Reset your password to a combination of numbers that you choose.
