Overdraft Help: Profile Group Maintenance
|
|
| |
|
Summary: The Profile Group Maintenance screen is the starting point for all overdraft profile functions. Use this screen to view and add profiles. |
|
What is overdraft reporting all about? Go to the Overdraft Reporting Overview page for more information.
Click a link for help on a particular part of this page:
Show Me:
The Show Me section is useful if you maintain a large number of overdraft profiles. Click one of the radio buttons to limit or select specific profiles.
- Profiles Matching My Group Identifier: This shows only profiles that match your group identifier. This selection is the default.
- View All Profiles: This selection shows all profiles. Use this selection to learn more about how others are using overdraft profiles.
- View Profiles for Group Identifier: This selection lets you view profiles under another group identifier and then copy them for your own use.
Note: You cannot modify a profile created under another group identifier.
- View Profile Named: This selection lets you select a profile by name.
- GO button: After selecting one of the radio buttons, click GO to run your search selection.
- Clear button: Clicking Clear resets the buttons to their defaults.
Add Profile Group
Click the Add Profile Group button to create a new profile. This will take you to the Overdraft Profile Definition screen.
Profile Columns
The columns display information about the profiles you selected. You can view any profile in the list but you can only modify or delete profiles under your group identifier.
Hint: If there is a trashcan icon in the Del column, this is a profile that belongs to your group identifier.
Note: If no profiles have been created, then you will not see the column headings described below.
- View: Clicking the "paper and pencil" icon takes you to the Overdraft Profile Definition page, where you can make changes to the profile.
- Del: Clicking the trashcan removes the profile from your list. This action cannot be reversed.
- Profile Identifier: This column displays the name you selected for the profile.
- Schedule: This column displays the overdraft report schedule you selected when you created the profile.
- Description: This column displays the description you created for the profile.
- Active: This column displays the status of the profile.
