ACT Staff


We provide around-the-clock technical software and hardware support to the mainframe environment used to operate the core administrative systems on campus.

We provide technical support to the Administrative Computing and Telecommunications (ACT) development teams, conduct research on new technologies, and ensure we have a stable operating environment for the production systems. We support the operating systems that hold the campus financial, student and payroll/personnel systems (IFIS, ISIS, PPS).

The Mainframe Technical Support team is managed by Tom Kelly.
