We provide technical software and hardware support around the clock, 7 days a week, to the client server environment used to operate the core administrative systems on campus.
We provide technical support to the ACT development teams, conduct research on new technologies, and ensure we have a stable operating environment for the production systems. We support the operating systems that hold the campus data warehouse and Web ‘LINK’ products.
