You or your department can apply for career development funds through two UCSD programs.
- The Staff Equal Opportunity Enrichment Program awards funds to:
- Individuals, for tuition and book expenses
- Departments, for training and development programs to enhance employees' job skills and prepare them for career advancement

- UCSD Staff Associations can offer scholarships to their members for career development opportunities, including training classes, seminars, and conferences. Membership in the staff associations is open to all interested staff (career or limited appointment).
