• Effective Interventions with Addictions and Compulsive Behavior in the Workplace: A Workshop for Managers and Supervisors
  Workshop will review UCSD policy regarding addictive behaviors, as well as outline warning signs and effective intervention strategies.
• Resiliency Toolbox
  Learn how to increase your mental stamina and emotional flexibility. Develop your own standards for your capacity to bounce back from difficult and discouraging life events. Create a set of guiding principles you can live by.
• Strategies for Stress Management
  Learn practical and effective techniques for managing stress.
• Supervisor's Role in Sustaining Quality Management While Dealing With Troubled or Problem Employees

Learn your role in identifying and referring a troubled or problem employee. This workshop is intended for supervisors or managers.
• Understanding and Preventing Workplace Violence
  Learn valuable information and techniques to prevent or minimize the threat of violence or domestic abuse in the workplace.
