Steelcase provides loaner chairs in the following circumstances:
- Steelcase misses a critical deadline: If Steelcase misses an order-entry, manufacturing, delivery, or installation deadline for a chair, and no existing furniture can be used, Steelcase will provide a loaner chair until your chair is delivered. To order a loaner chair, please contact the Steelcase UC Services Center by calling (877) 722-9090.
- A Steelcase product breaks: If a Steelcase chair breaks during its warranty period, Steelcase will provide a loaner chair until the broken chair is either repaired or replaced. Please contact the Steelcase UC Services Center by calling (877) 722-9090.
If you need furniture on an emergency basis, check Marketplace Preview for stock of selected chairs, desks, file cabinets, bookshelves, keyboard trays, and ergonomic products. Marketplace Preview items are available for next-day delivery on a recharge basis.
