Training: If your department has an Imprints copier, you can schedule on-site training for key operators and other staff. In the training session, a technician demonstrates how to:
- Use the copier
- Load paper, add toner, and replenish staples
- Clear jams and other minor problems that don't require a technician

To schedule a training session, call the Imprints Help Desk at 534-2377.
Copier manuals: Your department receives an operator's manual with each copier. This manual must remain with the copier so users can refer to it if problems arise. You must also return the manual to Imprints if you return the copier. Replacement manuals are charged to the department.
