Use the table below to help you determine if an event is official entertainment, and if so, whether it is standard or exceptional entertainment. There are also additional examples to help you. Note: The criteria listed are a few of the determining factors, not an all-inclusive list.
Once you determine the nature of the event, use the University-Hosted Events checklist and the applicable guidelines:
