The Hillcrest/ Old Town Transit Center Shuttle operates continually from 5:45 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, year-round (excluding university holidays), between the Medical Center Hillcrest and the Old Town Transit Center.
Passengers showing valid UCSD ID (upon request) can board the shuttle at these stops:
- Hillcrest Medical Center: West of the Arbor Drive hospital entrance (map)
- Bachman Place: Where staff and contractor parking ends
- Old Town Transit Center: Passenger loading zone on Congress Street next to transit terminal

The Fashion Valley Shuttle operates continually from 5:45 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, year-round (excluding university holidays), between the Hillcrest Medical Center and Fashion Valley mall.
Fashion Valley Shuttle is not free of charge. You must purchase a monthly pass in advance. For more information, visit the Bachman parking office (map), or call (619) 543-6574.
Passengers showing a valid Fashion Valley shuttle pass can board the shuttle at these stops:
- Hillcrest Medical Center: West of the Arbor Drive hospital entrance (map)
- Fashion Valley Mall: Anywhere in the southeasternmost parking lot
- Fashion Valley Transit Center: Passengers must show daily or monthly transit pass to board.
