MyTraining Overview  
 
Summary: View an online summary of your training history with the new MyTraining tool.

MyTraining online tool lets you view your training history through Blink. See a sample report. (You can also view your training history by logging into Enrollment Central.)

All UCSD staff and faculty who have taken Staff Education training courses and have an official UCSD e-mail address can use MyTraining to view their own training history.

How to view your training records:
  • If you have an ACT Business Systems account:
    • Click the MyTraining link in the right column of the Blink home page.
      OR
    • Go directly to MyTraining (you may be prompted to log in).
  • If you do NOT have an ACT Business Systems account, you need to register a new account with UCSD's Single Sign-On system the first time you use MyTraining. To register, you'll need a valid UCSD e-mail address (abcd@ucsd.edu, not abcd@dept.ucsd.edu).
Three ways to getting training history:
  • Employees, use MyTraining to view your training histories.
  • Supervisors, use the Training Activity by Employee Easy Query to review the training history of employees who report to you.

  • Safety officers, use the Training Activity Query to review the safety training history of employees for compliance with federal and state safety training requirements.
