If you want to make purchases or create Spend Alerts at Marketplace Preview, you must have a profile. Your profile allows you to establish default preferences for delivery, index, and e-mail notification.

Creating a profile:

• Go to Marketplace Preview
• Click Profile on the Marketplace Preview menu bar.
• Log in using your Single Sign-On user ID and password. If you have not registered with Single Sign-On, read How to Self-Register.

• You'll see information already entered in several fields. This information came from the UCSD Campus Directory. Add to, change, or keep the information you see, then click Create Profile.

• For purchases, you can set a default:

  • Delivery location, building, and room number
  • Delivery contact
  • Index

• For Spend Alerts, you can set default e-mail addresses for the notifications.
