MyLeaveBalances was made available online in summer 2003. This tool (click image for larger view) offers an online view of the same information currently distributed to departments on the Leave Activity Summary Report (LASR).
 All UCSD staff and faculty who are eligible to accrue or use leave and have an official UCSD e-mail address can use this tool to view their own sick, vacation, and compensatory leave activity and balances for a four- or twelve-month period.
How to view your leave balances:
If you have an ACT Business Systems account (i.e., MyDashboard, AccessLink, DataLink, EmployeeLink, FinancialLink, QueryLink, TravelLink, TelecomLink, SQL-DSE, and Darwin), you can go directly to MyLeaveBalances (you may be prompted to log in).
If you do NOT have an ACT Business Systems account, you need to register a new account with UCSD's single sign-on system the first time you use MyLeaveBalances.
Note: You need a valid UCSD e-mail address (abcd@ucsd.edu, not abcd@dept.ucsd.edu) to register a new account with the single sign-on system.
