Plans and develops action-oriented programs at the vice chancellor level designed to meet affirmative action objectives; establishes appropriate monitoring mechanisms for evaluating progress toward meeting affirmative action objectives in each vice chancellor unit; evaluates equal opportunity, staff affirmative action, and diversity progress; and exchanges best practices information among vice chancellor areas. |
