Identifies training curricula and related tools and resources that UCSD employees need in order to be successful; offers guidance in the development or implementation of a comprehensive, high-quality curricula, both for classroom and Web-based learning; assists the division in analyzing strategic and operational initiatives considering client needs and perspectives; and provides the division with feedback on the value of initiatives and services.
