Administrative Stipend Guidelines  
 

The following chart summarizes administrative stipend information contained in collective bargaining agreements as of July 1, 2003. Please consult the applicable collective bargaining agreement for the most up-to-date terms.

99 Pol.30 15 consecutive working days Not to exceed the amount of salary increase that could be received upon promotion Temporarily performs the majority of duties assigned to a position in a higher classification
CX Art.22 20 consecutive working days 1 step increase or the minimum of the higher classification, whichever is greater (use 5% when the value of a step cannot be determined) Temporarily performs substantially all of the duties of a higher classification on a full-time basis
EX Art.23 15 working days 4% or the minimum of the higher classification, whichever is greater not to exceed the maximum salary of the higher classification Temporarily performs fully the functions of a position in a higher classification
HX Art.23 15 working days At least 4% or the minimum of the higher classification, whichever is greater not to exceed the maximum salary of the higher classification Temporarily performs fully the functions of a position in a higher classification
K6 Art.44 15 consecutive working days Paid the rate of the higher class Temporarily performs all the duties on a full-time basis of a position in a higher classification
NX Art.10 The equivalent of a biweekly pay period At least 5% or the minimum of the higher classification, whichever is greater not to exceed the maximum salary of the higher classification Temporarily performs fully the functions of a position in a higher classification
RX Art.35 20 consecutive working days Step-based: one step or the minimum of the higher classification, whichever is greater
Open range: 4% or the minimum of the higher classification, whichever is greater
When temporarily performing all of the functions of a position in a higher classification, payment is as stipulated in the "Amount" column. When assigned some but not all of the duties, the University may pay all or part of the payments indicated.
SX Art.23 15 working days 4% or the minimum of the higher classification, whichever is greater Temporarily performs fully the functions of a position in a higher classification
TX Art.35 20 consecutive working days Step-based: one step or the minimum of the higher classification, whichever is greater
Open range: 4% or the minimum of the higher classification, whichever is greater
When temporarily performing all of the functions of a position in a higher classification, payment is as stipulated in the "Amount" column. When assigned some but not all of the duties, the University may pay all or part of the payments indicated.
