Can't Receive Calls on the Second Line or Access 2  
 
Summary: If you can't receive calls on your second line, use this checklist to help solve the problem.
What to check Why to check it
Check the accept-second-call button. The accept-second-call button must be illuminated in red to receive a call.
Cycle the accept-second-call button. Press and release the button a couple of times to ensure that the feature is released.
