Difficulty With Calls to Computerized Systems  
 
Summary: If you're having trouble placing credit card calls or calls to pagers or other computerized systems, use this checklist to help solve the problem.
What to check for Why to check it
Check the phone number. Ensure that the number you are dialing is correct by comparing it to a reliable source.
Dial the phone as you normally would. If you don't make a connection, proceed to the next step.
Press additional numbers. Press 9 or the Dial Add'l Digits button before you dial additional digits, such as extensions or credit card numbers. This allows the additional digits to be processed.
