Details
Price Center "Name the Neighborhood" initiative
The expansion of the Price Center complex to accommodate UCSD's growing population offers many opportunities, including the chance to provide input on the new name and "brand" of our expanding campus hub.
Launched in July 2000, the Campaign for UCSD has ended, reaching its $1 billion in fundraising goal. Campaign wrap-up efforts will focus on thanking diverse contributors, publicizing the impact of donations, and supporting strong donor relationships.
UCSD is engaged in a long-term effort to identify and strengthen its external messages and institutional brand on a regional, national, and international scale. Numerous campus stakeholders, including the Marketing Council, will play a role in shaping, promoting, and implementing this evolving brand identity.

Incorporation of electric vehicles and biodiesel buses for campus transportation
Interdisciplinary integration of environmental sustainability issues into existing curriculum
