How to Use Single Sign-On to Access At Your Service Online

Summary: Learn how to use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access your At Your Service Online (AYSO) account.

Until recently, UCSD faculty and staff have needed separate usernames and passwords to access SSO and AYSO. You now have the option of using SSO to log into AYSO. This means you'll have to remember only one password to navigate between At Your Service and UCSD Business Systems, and you won't be prompted to log in again.

What you need to do How to do it
1 Register for SSO and AYSO accounts.
  1. If you have valid SSO and AYSO accounts, proceed to step 2.

2 Log in to UCSD's link to AYSO.

    • If you're already logged into SSO, you won't see the SSO log-in screen. Proceed to step 3.
    • If you aren't already logged into SSO, enter your SSO username and password.

    • Your employee ID
    • The last 5 digits of your Social Security number

Note: If you've entered the correct information and the system does not recognize you, contact your benefits representative to verify your information in the employee system.
