Develop a system for distributing permits to your guests.
Hire parking attendants to sell permits to event guests.
For high-volume events, parking attendants can sell One Day or One Night Permits to guests on site. This option reduces traffic and helps direct guests to specific lots or structures.
To hire attendants:
Contact Jennifer Rodgers to obtain event parking approval.
Special Events Parking Services will recharge your department for the attendants' time.
The number of attendants depends on the event. At least 2 attendants are required.
Use the permit flier service.
A parking attendant can issue complimentary permit fliers to guests. Especially useful for high-profile guests, this service allows guests to park quickly for events.
To use the permit flier service:
E-mail Special Events to obtain event parking approval.
Work with Special Events Parking staff to develop the event flier.
Special Events Parking Services will recharge your department for the permit cost and the attendant's time.
