At Your Service: How to Update Your Contact Information

Note: Log into At Your Service Online via "Sign in to My Accounts," located on the At Your Service Web site. |

How to do it |

Log in. |
- Go to At Your Service Online:
- Enter your username. If you don't have a username or have forgotten it, enter your Social Security number.
- Enter your password. If you don't have a password or have forgotten it, click Forgot Password.
Note: If you have a UC e-mail address, the system will send you a temporary password. If you don't have an e-mail address that the system recognizes, call the toll-free Customer Service number, (800) 888-8267, during business hours.

Go to the My Contact Information option. |
- Click My Contact Information under the "About you" heading in the top left corner of your screen.

Make desired changes to your personal information. |
- Click Address to:
- Update your home address and phone number
- Change your preferences on the release of personal information to organizations and inquiries as well as UCSD mailing lists
- Click Update your personal e-mail address to indicate a different e-mail address.

Log off. |
- To end the session, click Log Off, in the top right corner of your screen.
