Open the Academic Personnel Next Review Due query. |
- Access the Academic Personnel Next Review Due query in EmployeeLink.
Note: If you don't have access to EmployeeLink, follow the directions in How to Get a User ID (Business Systems).

Make your selections in the query fields. |
- On the Employee tab:
- Make no changes to the default settings.
- On the Department tab:
- Select your desired department from the drop-down list next to Department.
- On the Next Review tab:
- Select the desired year from the drop-down list next to Next Review Year.

Submit your query. |
- Choose how you want the results presented from the pull-down menu at the bottom of every query screen, above the Help button.
- Send Data to Screen (default view)
- Tab-delimited file
- Excel spreadsheet
- Excel PivotTable
- Chart Wizard (to create a graphics chart)
- Click Submit to run the query.

Modify your query, if needed. |
- After running your query, you can make changes to your selections:
- Check the box next to a field to display that field in the query results.
- Uncheck the box next to a field to remove that field from the query results.
- Enter values in the boxes next to fields to further refine the query.
