ECManager: Change an Index or Account Code  
 
Summary: Follow these instructions to change an index or account code associated with an Express Card transaction.
What to do How to do it
1 Access transactions.
  1. Follow these instructions:
    1. Access ECManager.
    2. Enter your user ID and password.
    3. Click Change index and/or account code.
  2. Select one of these criteria:
    • IFIS posting date
    • Card number suffix
    • Default index
    • Transaction ID
    • Dollar amount
  3. Select Sort By and Sort Order.
  4. Select the number of transactions you would like to display on the screen at one time.
  5. Submit your request by clicking Submit.
2 Change the accounting information.
  1. Change indexes or account codes.
    Note: You can type over the existing index or account or click the magnifying glass icon to search for and select an index or account.
3 Save.
  1. Click Save to save your changes.
