ECManager: Change an Index or Account Code

Summary: Follow these instructions to change an index or account code associated with an Express Card transaction. |

How to do it |

Access transactions. |
- Follow these instructions:
- Access ECManager.
- Enter your user ID and password.
- Click Change index and/or account code.
- Select one of these criteria:
- IFIS posting date
- Card number suffix
- Default index
- Transaction ID
- Dollar amount
- Select Sort By and Sort Order.
- Select the number of transactions you would like to display on the screen at one time.
- Submit your request by clicking Submit.

Change the accounting information. |
- Change indexes or account codes.
Note: You can type over the existing index or account or click the magnifying glass icon to search for and select an index or account.

Save. |
- Click Save to save your changes.
