How to Renew an Expired Express Card  
 
Summary: Follow these step-by-step instructions to renew an expired Express Card.
What you, the cardholder, should do How to do it
1 Receive a new card.
  1. Receive a new Express Card from your Express Card Department Administrator (ECDA) with a new expiration date.
    Note: Express Cards are automatically issued. Program Administrators distribute cards to ECDAs.

  2. If you do not receive a new card prior to the expiration date of your card, contact your ECDA.
2 Activate your card.
  1. Contact U.S. Bank by phoning the number that appears on the sticker located on the front of your card.
  2. Follow the prompts to activate your card.
3 Sign your card.
  1. Sign the back of your card on the space provided.
