How to Renew an Expired Express Card

How to do it |
| 1 |
Receive a new card. |
- Receive a new Express Card from your Express Card Department Administrator (ECDA) with a new expiration date.
Note: Express Cards are automatically issued. Program Administrators distribute cards to ECDAs.
- If you do not receive a new card prior to the expiration date of your card, contact your ECDA.

Activate your card. |
- Contact U.S. Bank by phoning the number that appears on the sticker located on the front of your card.
- Follow the prompts to activate your card.

Sign your card. |
- Sign the back of your card on the space provided.
