How to Return a Campus Pager  
 
Summary: Follow these directions if you need to return a campus pager.

Note: These instructions are for campus pagers only. If you need to return a Medical Center pager, contact the Medical Center Help Desk, (619) 543-7474.

What to do How to do it
1 Notify Telecommunications.
  1. Prepare a Customer Service Request (CSR).
    • Select Pagers and Radios as the Service on the pull-down list
    • Include the pager number and type (numeric or alpha-numeric) in the Detailed Description box.
  2. Submit the form.
2 Review your request.
  1. After you submit the CSR, your browser will show a page confirming your request.
  2. You'll also receive an e-mail confirmation.
3 Return the pager.
  1. Deliver the pager personally or by messenger to Veronica Vazquez, Suite 295, Torrey Pines Center South (in map).

    You can also send it by campus mail, at your own risk. Send to Veronica Vazquez, Mail Code 0320.
Note: Pagers are disconnected after they're received by Telecom. Pagers not returned within 30 days of the CSR date will be disconnected and will incur a lost pager fee.
