Go to the Order History and look up the order number.
View the order and look for the part number of the item you're missing.
The following are six possibilities for the status of the item:
Open: Your order has been placed and will be processed by the end of the business day.
Processed: Your order has been processed. In-stock items will be delivered the following business day. Catalog items (e.g. R J Safety, Waxie, OfficeMax) will be delivered within 3-5 days.
Delivered/ In transit: Your order has been filled. In-stock items should be delivered today. Catalog items may still take 3-5 days to arrive.
Invoiced: Your index has been recharged for the item and the item should be delivered or is being shipped by the catalog vendor today.
Back order: Your order has been received, but Marketplace Preview currently does not have the item in stock. The item will be delivered and invoiced as soon as it has been re-stocked.
Canceled: This item was canceled before the order was processed. This item will not be delivered or invoiced.
Closed: This item has been delivered and invoiced.
