Get the UCSD STORE/ DGS Verification for Goods Purchased form. |
- Download STORE/ DGS Verification for Goods Purchased (PDF) and print out a copy of the form.
- See How to Complete the STORE/ DGS Verification for Goods Purchased form and print out the instructions.
Note: Use the form and the instructions when you make your purchase at DGS in Step 4.

Travel to the DGS location in Fullerton. |
- See the DGS Surplus Property Program Web site for a map.
- Take these items with you from Step 2:
- The form
- The instructions for completing the form

Use the STORE/ DGS Verification for Goods Purchased form to make your purchase. |
- Refer to the instructions you printed in Step 2.
- Complete the form.
- Give the form to the DGS staff.
Note: STORE has a standing purchase order with DGS in Fullerton that changes at the beginning of each fiscal year. Your purchase will be charged to STORE, and the expense will be transferred to your department's index number.
