Start the sequence to program or reprogram a button for speed dial.
Leave the handset down.
Press Program.
Press the button you want to program.

Enter the phone numbers you want to program for speed dial.
Note: If you make a mistake, you can restart this step by pressing Clear, C, or E.
For on-campus numbers, enter the last 5 digits of the number.
For off-campus local numbers, enter 8, then the area code, followed by the 7-digit phone number.
For long-distance numbers, enter 8, then the area code, followed by the 7-digit phone number.

End the programming sequence.
Press the button that you just programmed.
Press Program.
