Working lunch
A working lunch is a meal that is an integral and scheduled part of a meeting agenda and serves a clear and specific business purpose for the University. Such a meeting should take place over an extended period of time. A lunch is not a working lunch when:
  • It is for personal convenience
  • Two or more employees choose to dine together in order to continue business, as an incidental part of the meeting
  • The meeting can be scheduled during regular working hours
