A group identifier is a code that identifies your department when you use certain FinancialLink processes. Departmental Security Administrators (DSAs) create and modify group identifiers.
Think of the group identifier as a group password that secures individual or group access to these FinancialLink processes: cost sharing, project number maintenance, local transactions, ledger reconciliation/ annotation, payroll personnel projection maintenance, and expense projection maintenance. |
