Encumbrance ledger
The Encumbrance ledger is distributed monthly and is available online through FinancialLink. Departments receive printed ledgers for each applicable combination of Organization, Fund, and Program.

The encumbrance ledger lists the encumbrance transactions processed during the prior ledger period. It also summarizes activity from the start of the fiscal year (or, for sponsored projects, the inception of the award) through the current period.
