The budget index is used by the Campus Budget Office for the annual budget allocations for centrally budgeted funds such as 19900A or 07427A. Every Fund, Organization, and Program combination (FOP) receiving allocation in these funds must have one and only one budget index.
The fourth and fifth characters of a budget index are always BD, for example: GENBD01. |
