The general ledger is distributed monthly to departments that have activities related to University balance sheet (asset and liability) accounts; it is also available online through FinancialLink.
Generally, only central administrative offices and self-supporting activities receive the general ledger. This ledger lists the transactions and account balances from the prior ledger period.
