Asset Locator Report
The Asset Locator Report is generated by Equipment Management (EM) when a department acquires a piece of equipment. EM sends the report to the department with identification tags attached. The information on the Asset Locator Report includes:
  • UCID number

  • Serial and model number of the equipment
  • Building and room number where the equipment is located

  • Name of the Principal Investigator

  • Name of entity that holds the equipment title
