UCSD's Express Card is a Visa card issued to department buyers to simplify buying and paying for most routine, low-cost goods and services.
The Express Card is assigned to an employee, but is issued in the name of and on behalf of UCSD. UCSD is responsible for immediate payment to the bank for all transactions. |
