Office of Management and Budget (OMB)
OMB is a federal organization that works cooperatively with grantmaking agencies and the grantee community. OMB leads development of governmentwide policy to assure that grants are managed properly and that Federal dollars are spent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. OMB does not award grants.
