An event number is a unique, eight-digit number automatically generated by TravelLink and assigned to a UCSD business trip. The event number tracks prepayments and cash advances associated with the trip and ensures that the trip has been pre-authorized according to UCSD travel policy. If you don't have access to TravelLink, you can obtain an event number by completing a Travel Notification and Request for Advance form. |
